COACHING
This challenge is designed to get you moving in many different ways to improve many aspects of your health. It has been designed for the busiest of people and can be done anywhere with access to no equipment. We start with the deepest layers (breathing & mind) and progress via the superficial frame (joints & muscle) to venturing out and exploring the environment around us.
The rules are simple - earn 4 points per day by completing one thing from each zone every day.

The challenge lasts for 25 days meaning you can get a maximum of 100 points.
To keep track download the PDF at the bottom of this page & place it somewhere that you walk past multiple times per day.
BREATHE (ZONE 1)
The first zone is the INNER zone and for this we will focus on improving breathing mechanics. We will also address cadence and depth during this session.

The joints, time to get things moving with this simple mobility routine.

WORKOUT (ZONE 3)
Think of this as the bigger muscles, the ones we can see that allow us to move and exercise. Pick one exercise and perform for 30 seconds as frequently as possible throughout the day!

ENVIRONMENT (ZONE 4)
We have worked from the deep, to superficial and finally onto the environment around us. This is where you explore - walk, jog, run, swim, cycle, row and anything else you can think of.
