GREECE MOVEMENT HOLIDAY

Join us for a luxury 7 night movement holiday on the beautiful Greek island, Amorgos.
We will be staying at the stunning 5-star Aegialis Hotel & Spa, a family run hotel with incredible sea views. As well as the olympic-sized sea water pool, spa and organic vegetable gardens, they boast 6 yoga shalas and has been awarded by CNN for being one of the top five hotels in Greece. We'll be just a 5 minute walk from the beaches although each room comes with it's own sea-view balcony.

ROOMS
Each guest will be provided a Superior room with the option to either share a twin/double or stay as a single occupancy. The images above show a range of rooms from; standard (superior) to upgraded options.
Every room comes with:
1 king or twin beds, fully equipped bathroom, hair dryer, air conditioning, private balcony, safe, fridge, kettle, coffee & tea facilities, bathrobes and pool towel, slippers, free wifi, 32' flat screen TV.
Free access to the Spa (Sauna – Hammam – Jacuzzi – Indoor Swimming Pool – Fitness Centre)

FOOD
The food is prepared using the homegrown fruits, vegetables and herbs from the organic gardens on site and can be enjoyed on the large outside terrace with views of the gulf of Aegiali and the Aegean Sea.
Our stay will be on a half board basis with breakfast and dinner provided - vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options available should you require these.
MOVEMENT TRAINING
The days will consist of a range of different activities including; breath work, walks, open water swims, runs, yoga asana, primal movement, hand balancing and other movement workshops. I am also more than happy to change workshops to suit the group and adapt as the week goes on. All are optional and the schedule has been designed to provide a wide range of options to cater for your passions.
Please note - this is your holiday, feel free to come and go as you please.

Sharing double/twin room - £1395
Single room - £1895
A non-refundable deposit of £300 is to be paid upon booking to secure your place, with:
50% of the remaining balance due no later than 1st August 2022.
100% of the balance by 1st December 2022.
