Good morning all!
Just to let you all know that I have filmed 5 new classes that are currently being edited and will be making their way into the platform very soon.
Many of the new classes include kettlebells (5-15 minutes) and I am also uploading a number of other; bodyweight focused workshops, new handstand tutorials and 60-75 minute yoga classes in the very near future.
