7 NIGHT PORTUGAL TRAINING CAMP - JUNE / JULY '24
After nearly 10 years running events abroad this is first time that I have ever decided to run one this challenging.
I have always wanted to run a week focused on training that really challenged people from many angles … not just through physical effort (which is definitely included) but through learning new; skills, patterns and methods that can be applied far beyond the event itself.
Prior to this event a training programme will be provided with pre requisite testing to prepare you for the week AND to help to provide the best instruction possible on arrival.
