In 2003, Samahita Retreat opened as Asia’s pioneering Wellbeing Retreat Center and since then has been the home of yoga, breathwork, and wellbeing in Thailand. Samahita is dedicated to helping you increase your energy level, recover, and enhance your vitality, through yoga, fitness, and wellness, in nature, directly on the beach.

Samahita is beyond a hotel, more than a resort. Regardless of which room you choose, the beach, pool, dining, and practice facilities are seconds away.

Our guest rooms are in two locations on our property:

“Inhale” Beachfront Rooms are right at the beach with 100m of beachfront, an additional pool, incredible seaviews and morning sunrise views.

They are newly built and available for booking now to stay from December 1st, 2023 on;

“Exhale” Gardenview Rooms are set back behind the beachfront facilities in the garden area, with a variety of quality rooms at different price points for all budgets.

FOOD

Your stay at Samahita, on any program or package, includes a complete offering of food across our buffets. The timing of food on the buffet is designed to support your practice and activity level. Samahita have a team of over 10 Thai cooks and a talented head chef. They make all our food on site with care and love. Samahita hire a large team to ensure everything is homemade and fresh. Complimentary morning coffee, tea and bananas are out by 6:45am. The brunch buffet is from 10am until 1pm with breakfast items from 10am and lunch from 11am, and dinner in the evening from 6-8pm. Samahita try to cater for a wide variety of diets, displaying all possible allergens, vegan options & also catering for those who like to eat fish and dairy. Samahita's team make fresh juice daily in their own kitchen for the brunch buffet and offer homemade soy milk, coconut milk, cow milk, brown rice milk, and a homemade electrolyte drink. Fully available for both your taste buds and your cells when you stay at Samahita.

MOVEMENT & FITNESS TRAINING

This 7 day event will focus on all things bodyweight, every morning will begin with a form of breath-work, yoga asana & flexibility focused practice. Afternoons will consist of a mix of; arm balances, handstands, calisthenics and other "training" methods. During our stay we will also make use of the indoor cycling studio to make sure we have an element of cardio included a few times a week.
