Join me for a 7 night health & fitness focused holiday on the beautiful Greek island of Amorogos.
We will be staying at the stunning Aegialis Hotel & Spa, a family run hotel with incredible sea views, surrounded by mountains and incredible hiking routes. Each guest will be provided the option to either share a twin/double or stay as a single occupancy. Available rooms can be seen below, please note these number will change as rooms sell, all previous events have sold to 80% capacity over one year prior to the event. Superior rooms are basic in design, it is recommended that for those looking for a more luxurious room select an Exclusive room OR Junior Suite.

Every room comes with:

1 x king or 2 x twin beds, fully equipped bathroom, hair dryer, air conditioning, private balcony, safe, fridge, kettle, coffee & tea facilities, bathrobes and pool towel, slippers, free wifi, 32' flat screen TV.

FOOD
​The food is prepared using the homegrown fruits, vegetables and herbs from the organic gardens on site and can be enjoyed on the large outside terrace with views of the gulf of Aegiali and the Aegean Sea.

Our stay will be on a half board basis with breakfast and dinner provided - vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options available should you require these.
MOVEMENT & FITNESS TRAINING
The days will consist of different activities including; breath work, sunrise walks through the surrounding hills, open water swims, yoga asana, primal movement, Functional Range Conditioning, Kinstretch, hand balancing and other movement workshops. I am also more than happy to change workshops to suit the group and adapt as the week goes on. ALL ARE OPTIONAL and the schedule has been designed to provide a wide range of options to cater for your passions.​
