Good morning & Happy Easter! I have just uploaded 5 new kettlebell classes which can be found in the CONDITIONING section of the hub. The classes challenge the body from a number of different angles and can be done on seperate days or following one another. They range in length from 5 minutes to 15 minutes and only require one kettlebell ... however due to moving between two & one arm you may wish to use 2-3 different weights to compliment your current strength level. I would recommend warming up using the classes in the MOBILITY section prior to attempting these then rehearsing the patterns within each class with bodyweight first prior to adding load and upping the tempo.
