Welcome to your movement analysis, by providing me with the following videos you will enable me to build a more detailed programme - based on your current movement patterns.
The various exercises are designed to highlight areas of restriction (as well as your strengths). Please be honest with your video submissions. These will improve throughout our time together and we will revisit these periodically.
Please watch the following videos and take note of the angles required for each, these are also listed to the left of each video. To send the video submissions back to me please OR upload these to a G-Drive or Dropbox folder with each video labelled: "Exercise 1", etc. If this becomes an issue for any reason please let me know and I can offer an alternative method.
