MEET THE COACH

In a world where promises of instant wins dominate and marketing strategies promote quick fixes, I believe honesty from the outset is fundamental.

"You can fool the fans but not the players"

 

The truth - any form of "mastery" requires; consistency, hard work, guidance and time.

 

As a coach my intent is to provide knowledge that is highly effective and lasts for years, regardless of the amount of time spent together. 

My priority is to; reduce pain, improve human movement capabilities and to enhance sport specific performance.

However I also aim to unpack something far deeper and more meaningful. 
Once this is understood training begins to ripple through every area of life, not just the time spent in the gym.

 

The methods I teach are derived & inspired by the work of world renowned coaches, comprehensive systems and over twenty years of self practice.
