HUMAN 1ST METHODOLOGY

​The human 1st method is a 360 degree approach to training, designed to develop a human being so capable that you feel anything is achievable. 

In order to increase your "human performance", I use a tried and tested process to assess every joint in the body, to remove weak links and develop your strengths simultaneously. This process is key to condition the body for; life, sports and longevity.

I also aim to unpack something far deeper and more meaningful in our time together. Once this is understood training begins to ripple through every area of life, not just the time spent in the gym.

 

The methods I teach are drawn from my experience as a Royal Marines Commando, Firefighter, over 20 years of practice, coaching & working with some of the best coaches in the world.
