Enjoy a Mediterranean-Inspired Menu

Throughout the week, we'll be offering a variety of meals with a Mediterranean flair, chosen for their nutrient-rich ingredients to support the intensive training schedule. The menu includes a mix of dishes, some of which contain animal products, to ensure everyone finds something to their taste.

If you're interested in the plant-based options, please let us know before you book your spot. This heads-up is really helpful for our caterers, giving them plenty of time to prepare and tailor the menu to your needs.

MOVEMENT & TRAINING

What you will learn

This training experience is a blend of diverse physical activities, all aimed at fortifying your comprehensive well-being, from invigorating hikes through serene hills to dynamic bodyweight calisthenics, primal movement, yoga asana, functional range conditioning and more , each day promises a new adventure. Explore the art of hand balancing, delve into flexibility training, master performance breath work, and engage in a variety of physical testing and conditioning exercises. Our movement workshops are crafted to inspire and challenge you, ensuring a holistic approach to fitness.

Balanced Schedule for Optimal Growth

Our carefully curated schedule balances intense training with essential rest and recovery time, allowing you to push your boundaries while enjoying the tranquility of our stunning venue. The week's activities are tailored to your fitness level, ensuring a challenging yet accessible experience for everyone involved.

ROOMS

For your stay, you have the choice to opt for a shared twin/double room or enjoy the privacy of a single occupancy room. Below, you can view the available room options, which you can select in the next step of your booking process. Please note all prices are per person. Please also be aware that availability may change as rooms are booked. Historically, our events have reached 80% capacity more than a year in advance.

Rooms can be checked into on Saturday 21st June from 5pm and checkout is anytime from 5pm on Friday 27th June until 1030am on the 28th June.

Single room occupancy - £2700*

> Air conditioning available (rarely needed).

> French double doors with fly screen and stunning views of the mountains.

> Ensuite walk-in shower, sink and toilet with shampoo, shower gel and hairdryer provided.

  • Set on secluded private deck overlooking the valley with stunning sunset views.

  • Electric fan and sockets included.

  • Fly mesh crown with sky views for hot summer months to enable air flow and retain cooler temperature.

  • Transparent crown with sky views for cooler months to retain warmer air inside.

  • Private wood cabin outdoor hot shower, flushing toilet, shower gel and shampoo provided.

  • Three towels provided per person: one face towel, one shower towel, one pool towel.

  • Sun loungers provided on deck for private use
